Kitchen Computer Using Grocist

Grocist user Andrew set up a really cool kitchen computer featuring a touch screen monitor, under-cabinet swivel mount, and of course a barcode scanner. His site walks through the use cases, products purchased, and setup.

   How can we edit items?

   I added an item - NOT FOUND - would like to enter manufactor
   and what if we want to add pictures of items? and WEB LINKS?
   should be additional colums for this INFORMATION.

   Also, most importantly, I would like to see a column with the actual BAR CODE number in it.

   Just suggestions not complaints……great idea just needs more work.

   Also, add a column for COST to help make better choices and budget money.

   Those are excellent ideas, John. Once I get some time to do more work on Grocist in a few months, I’ll see if I can do some of those.
